Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Aspire People are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Leicester that we proudly partner with.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday during term time. You will be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. You’ll play a crucial role in helping them access learning and reach their full potential.
What We’re Looking For:
UK school experience or relevant UK-based experience working with children (essential)
A patient, caring, and resilient attitude
A strong understanding of SEN and how to support children in the classroom
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
