Financial Planner
Our client is seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join its expanding Financial Planning team. In this dynamic position, the successful applicant will be responsible for onboarding and supporting clients in achieving their lifetime financial objectives. Collaboration with Paraplanning and Administration colleagues, as well as other Financial Planners, is essential to ensure the highest standard of service. Furthermore, the role involves delivering guidance services to a broad corporate client base, working closely with the Corporate Client Management team.
Key Responsibilities
*Business Development: Proactively drive new business through webinars, seminars, and one-to-one guidance for employees of corporate clients.
*Client Referrals & Networking: Secure a strong rate of client referrals and cultivate professional connections within personal networks.
*Relationship Management: Develop robust relationships to onboard and retain clients, ensuring long-term engagement.
*Financial Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ financial circumstances, current provisions, and future goals, including investment risk analysis.
*Strategic Planning: Analyse information and prepare tailored financial strategies using cashflow planning tools to meet individual client requirements.
*Product & Service Advisory: Provide clients with up-to-date information on existing and new financial products and services, supported by thorough research.
*Business Growth Contribution: Share views, knowledge, and expertise with the team to contribute to the evolution and growth of the business and propositions.
*Regulatory Compliance: Work in accordance with regulatory requirements, adhere to compliance processes, and stay informed about financial products and legislation.
Salary and Earnings
*Chartered Financial Planner (five+ years’ experience): Basic salary up to £80,000, typically with a modest uplift on the current salary.
*Level 4 Qualified: Basic salary up to £60,000.
*Team Average Earnings: Between £90,000 and £120,000.
*Top Performers: Earnings of around £140,000 per year.
