A well-established and fast-growing logistics company based in West Thurrock is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Account Manager to join their Client Services team.

Duties and Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen relationships.
*Acting as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
*Managing daily operational activity including bookings, queries, and service delivery
*Liaising with warehouse and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met
*Monitoring KPIs and service performance, resolving any issues quickly and effectively
*Preparing reports, updates, and client communications
*Supporting invoicing processes and ensuring accuracy of billing
*Identifying opportunities for additional services and account growth
*Attending client meetings (virtual and on-site where required)
*Maintaining accurate records on internal systems
Requirements
*Previous experience in logistics or supply chain
*Experience in an Account Manager, Client Services, or Customer Services role
*Strong communication skills with a confident and professional manner
*Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts/tasks
*Good problem-solving ability and a calm approach under pressure
*Strong IT skills, including Excel and internal systems
*A team player with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
