Duties
*Run an existing caseload of asbestos-related disease claims, with a focus on mesothelioma cases
*Conduct day-to-day activities for new asbestos cases, including meeting clients, obtaining and drafting witness statements, preparing instructions to experts, and reviewing medical records
*Demonstrate excellent client care skills to handle sensitive issues with emotional and vulnerable clients
*Possess strong IT literacy and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients over the telephone
*Work well in a team and display a proactive approach to your work ethics
Requirements
*0 - 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Solicitor
*Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
*Passionate about fighting for the right outcomes and protecting the livelihoods of those affected by asbestos-related diseases
