Brighton£25,000-£28,000 + Benefits
4.5-day week: Mon-Thu 8:30-17:00 | Fri 8:30-12:30
Hunters’ client, a respected and innovative technology company specialising in advanced computer-based measurement and automation systems, is looking for a proactive First Line Support Engineer. First Line Support Engineer - Duties
*Provide first-line technical support to customers, sales, and configuration teams
*Handle product and application queries both pre- and post-sale
*Log, track, and resolve technical issues, escalating where necessary
*Manage product returns and repairs in line with ISO procedures
*Assist with product testing, compliance checks, and technical documentation
*Support internal training and knowledge sharing
*Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives
First Line Support Engineer - Skills & Experience
*Relevant technical qualification or hands-on experience in electronics, IT, or computer-based systems
*Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer-facing support
*Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
*Clear, confident, and professional communication
*Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
First Line Support Engineer - What’s on Offer
*£25,000-£28,000 basic salary
