Reed Business support is assisting a company well-known name in the luxury home improvement sector, who is expanding their team and seeking a confident and motivated Sales Executive to join their beautiful New Tunbridge Wells showroom.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, design-led business that prides itself on premium products, outstanding service, and a warm, welcoming showroom environment.
The RoleAs a Sales Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, offering expert product knowledge and guiding them throughout their purchasing journey. You’ll work closely with a supportive showroom team, ensuring every customer receives a premium, personalised experience.
You will be responsible for:
*Greeting customers and providing a professional, welcoming showroom experience
*Advising on product suitability, design options, sizing, and pricing
*Preparing quotations and processing orders
*Managing inbound and outbound sales enquiries
*Arranging delivery schedules and coordinating after-sales support
*Providing product samples and following up with prospective clients
*Updating the CRM system and maintaining accurate customer records
*Ensuring the showroom is well-presented at all times
This role suits someone friendly, confident, and highly organised, who thrives in a customer-focused sales environment.

Working HoursThis is a full-time position, which includes weekend working on a rota.
Typical showroom opening times:
*Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
*Saturday: 9:30am–5:00pm
*Sunday: 10:30am–4:00pm
