Job Description :
7th Heaven is India’s largest bakery chain with more than 350 outlets across India. Over the past one year we have expanded our business in the UK we are growing at a rapid pace. We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry / Cake Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about baking, have a strong eye for detail, and be capable of producing high-quality pastries and cakes that meet both visual and taste standards.


Key Responsibilities :
* Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts.
* Design custom cakes for special events such as birthdays, weddings, and celebrations.
* Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation of all baked products.
* Follow recipes accurately while also contributing creative ideas for new items.
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
* Manage daily production schedules and meet deadlines efficiently.
* Monitor inventory, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste.
* Operate baking equipment safely and maintain a clean workstation.
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to meet customer expectations.


Requirements :
* Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role.
* Knowledge of baking techniques, cake decoration, and dessert presentation.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and creativity.
* Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
* Culinary or pastry certification is an advantage but not required.
