The RoleWorking as part of a dynamic sales function, you will be responsible for generating new leads, identifying potential clients within targeted sectors, and qualifying opportunities to support the wider business development team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
*Researching potential clients within defined market verticals
*Proactively engaging prospects via outbound calls, emails, and social channels
*Qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities using structured sales methodologies
*Working closely with Business Development and Client Relationship Managers to hand over well-qualified leads
*Maintaining accurate CRM records and tracking all sales activity
*Supporting targeted campaigns and contributing to pipeline growth
*Building strong product knowledge to confidently engage prospective clients
About YouYou will be a resilient, enthusiastic communicator who thrives on identifying opportunities and building rapport. You enjoy working in a collaborative team environment and are motivated by achieving targets and contributing to wider business success.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
*Experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (B2B preferred)
*Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across multiple channels
*Experience using CRM or sales engagement tools
*A proactive, organised and results-driven work style
*Familiarity with structured qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC) – desirable but not essential
*The resilience and persistence needed for outbound prospecting
*A positive, team-focused mindset
