GTM Recruiter – London / New York
An established, high-performing tech recruitment business is looking for an ambitious GTM Recruiter to join its growing team in London or New York.
This is a standout opportunity to work directly alongside the two top billers in the company, learning from proven performers while building your own high-value market within the GTM space.
The Role*Specialise in Go-To-Market (GTM) recruitment
*Partner with high-growth and scaling tech businesses
*Build strong candidate and client networks
*Operate in a high-performance, collaborative environment
*Clear progression and earning potential
What’s On Offer*Open base salary (dependent on experience)
*Uncapped commission
*Hybrid working – 3 days in-office
*£75 per month health & wellbeing allowance
*Incentive trips to Marbella and Dubai
*High-performance culture with strong leadership support
About You*Recruitment experience (GTM or tech preferred)
*Commercially driven and ambitious
*Strong relationship-building and communication skills
