Job Description:
Production Operator – TEMP TO PERM
Location: Middlesbrough
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Shift Pattern: Various shift patterns - days
Key Responsibilities:
*Packing, labelling, sorting, and manual handling of products
*Ensuring products meet customer and BRC quality standards
*Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
*Reporting defects, quality issues, or safety concerns promptly
*Supporting machine clean-downs and waste segregation
About You:
*Previous experience in manufacturing or production is desirable
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
*Able to work safely in a fast-paced environment
*Flexible, reliable, and willing to learn
*Comfortable working rotating day and night shifts
This is an excellent opportunity with the possibility coming a permanent member of staff after 12 weeks
