We are seeking an Operational Support Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our growing pest control business. This hands-on, high-responsibility position is central to keeping our operations smooth and efficient. You will manage information flow, job progression, system accuracy, and team alignment, ensuring that nothing is missed, delayed, or unclear.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, resolving routine queries and escalating where appropriate.
*Manage the central administration inbox, ensuring emails are responded to, delegated, tracked, and closed.
*Serve as the coordination hub between office and field teams, maintaining clear communication via email and WhatsApp.
*Ensure instructions, requests, and follow-ups are completed within agreed timeframes.
*Administer new jobs as they enter the business, ensuring accurate setup from the outset.
*Set up and maintain jobs across all required systems with high accuracy and completeness.
*Log, update, and track sales opportunities within the CRM.
*Coordinate with operational teams to ensure work is scheduled, completed, and properly reported.
*Manage and maintain core systems used for job management, sales, and administration.
*Take ownership of day-to-day fleet administration, including vehicle records, servicing schedules, and compliance.
*Manage uniforms, PPE, stationery, and general office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in office administration, operations support, or coordination roles.
*Comfortable managing multiple systems, inboxes, and competing priorities.
*Highly organised, with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
*Confident communicator, comfortable chasing actions and closing loops.
*Able to work independently, take ownership, and prioritise effectively.
*Experience within pest control, facilities management, construction, or service-based industries is desirable.
*CRM or job-management system experience is advantageous.
