Commercial property Solicitor – Nuneaton
Our client, a forward-thinking and ambitious full-service law firm, is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding team. The firm offers a modern, technology-driven working environment and advises across a wide range of sectors, including development, investment, infrastructure and property finance.
The Role
*Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development work
*Advising on landlord and tenant matters, title issues and drafting high-quality transactional documentation
*Supporting the corporate team on the property aspects of business and transactional work
*Delivering a consistently high standard of technical expertise and client care
About You
*A minimum of 4 years’ PQE in commercial property within private practice
*Strong technical ability with excellent drafting skills
*Commercially astute, pragmatic and solutions-driven in your approach
*A proactive and resilient team player who works well collaboratively
*Experience in Residential Conveyancing is desirable
