Remote role - Nationwide coverage
Salary - Basic £26,000 - £27,500 OTE £50K PA

Our clients are specialist Property Lawyers specialising in offering a wide range of Conveyancing specialisms throughout the UK to Property companies. They are entering an exciting period of high growth and commercial expansion and is now looking to appoint an ambitious Sales Account Manager to join its growing team.

This is a relationship led, commercially focused role combining Account Management with Business Development.

You will take ownership of your region, grow and maximise existing accounts, reactivate dormant relationships, and open new opportunities through referrals generated by outstanding service.

The Role

As a Sales Account Manager, you will build strong, trusted relationships with Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers, increasing engagement, activity, and referral volumes across your portfolio.

You will proactively manage your region, generate your own leads, and work closely with partners to help them succeed, while driving measurable commercial growth for the business.

This is a remote position, with occasional field based meetings and monthly team time in London.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and develop long term relationships with introducers
- Grow activity and referral volumes from existing accounts
- Reactivate dormant accounts through proactive, value led engagement
- Generate new business through referrals, outreach, and networking
- Regularly review performance and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline and account data using HubSpot CRM
- Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and awards evenings

All service related tasks, including repanel requests, updates, and law firm escalations, are managed by the Client Services Helpdesk, allowing you to focus on relationship building and revenue generation.

What our clients are looking for

- Proven B2B sales or Account Management experience
- Background in Property, Conveyancing, Prop Tech, or Financial Services preferred
- A natural relationship builder with strong commercial awareness
- Confident working autonomously and owning a regional pipeline
- Excellent communication and follow up discipline
- CRM experience, HubSpot preferred
- Conveyancing knowledge beneficial but not essential, full training provided
