Job Description:
Paralegal / Trainee Legal Executive – Family Law Team
We’re working with a busy Family Law team who are looking to welcome a proactive Paralegal or Trainee Legal Executive to support their growing caseload.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 12 months of family law experience, particularly in Care work, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting senior fee earners with a busy Care caseload
*Opening files and managing diaries
*Preparing bundles and assisting with hearings
*Liaising with courts, experts, and agencies
*Handling client communications and appointments
*Legal aid assessments and applications via CCMS
*General legal and administrative support
What We’re Looking For:
*A self-starter with excellent time management
*Strong interpersonal skills and a team-focused attitude
*Flexibility to meet client and team needs
*Experience with Case Management Systems and Laser forms (essential)
*Familiarity with Legal Aid Agency Portal (CCMS) (essential)
*Excel skills (desirable)
Location: Liverpool
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Job Type: Full-time, Office-based (Hybrid option post-probation)
