Role Overview
A busy manufacturing facility in Chartham is seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join their team on a Permanent Basis. This role offers long-term opportunities for the right candidate, with an immediate start available.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth production operations by running machinery safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
*Operate and maintain machinery to support efficient production
*Monitor equipment performance and adjust settings as needed
*Ensure machines are correctly set up and running at optimal levels
*Work with team members to troubleshoot operational issues
*Follow all health & safety procedures and uphold quality standards
Requirements
*Previous machine operating or production experience (essential)
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team
*Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent performance
*Own transport preferred due to the site location
Hours & Pay
*6:30am – 6:30pm
*5 shifts per week, including weekends
