This Corporate Finance Manager/ Associate Director role will work closely with a Director or Partner, taking a leading role in the execution of corporate finance transactions. The position offers exposure to a diverse and engaging portfolio of assignments across multiple sectors.

Duties will include: -
* Leading and project managing a range of corporate finance mandates, including buy-side, sell-side, and fundraising assignments

* Preparing and reviewing financial due diligence reports and presenting key findings to stakeholders

* Supervising, delegating to, and reviewing the work of junior team members

* Supporting and contributing to business development activities, including deal origination, networking, and attending relevant events

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences: -

* ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification

* Proven experience in corporate finance, M&A, and/or financial due diligence

* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently

* Experience supervising and developing staff

* Excellent analytical skills, including robust financial modelling capability

* Commercially minded, with an ambition to contribute to business development

* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
