HR AdvisorLeatherhead | Hybrid working – 2 days office / 3 days from home
Up to £40,000 depending on experience + excellent benefits
Our client is a rapidly growing technology company with a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and customer excellence. They are now seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team and play a key role in delivering a positive, consistent, and engaging employee experience.
This is a broad generalist role, ideal for an HR professional who enjoys partnering with managers, providing pragmatic HR advice, and supporting the full employee lifecycle within a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
*Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process in partnership with external recruitment and screening providers
*Ensure a smooth, engaging, and compliant candidate and new starter experience
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
*Support the full employee lifecycle, delivering day-to-day operational HR activities
*Ensure HR policies, procedures, and processes are applied consistently and in line with best practice
Employee Relations
*Manage end-to-end employee relations casework, including disciplinaries, grievances, and other statutory processes
*Provide accurate, up-to-date advice to managers on employment law and HR best practice
*Ensure fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes
Training & Development
*Coordinate training provision across the organisation
*Work with managers to identify skills gaps and development needs
*Source and manage appropriate training solutions
Engagement & Culture
*Support initiatives that embed organisational values and promote employee engagement
*Contribute to projects that enhance culture, communication, and ways of working
About You*CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
*Proven experience operating at HR Advisor level in a similar environment
*Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
*Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
*Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage sensitive matters with discretion
*Experience using an HR Information System (HRIS)
