My client is looking to onboard a well established credit controller into a stand alone role. You must have a minimum of 5-7 years solid credit control experience.
This role requires a friendly confident approach.
Good systems skills are a must (salesforce would be ideal) including excel. Although you wont have a team of credit controllers around you, you will be interacting with the wider business so we do need a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
You must be proactive and analytical, able to prioritise your workload and manage a busy desk.


Duties include:
*Managing and collecting debts from company debtors
*Keeping detailed records of collection activities and conversations
*Co-ordinate any chasing performed by the wider Billing team to support cash collection.
*Resolution of client queries and reasons for non-payment
*Maintain relationships with key customers to support efficient cash collection.
*Provide a forecast of debts expected to land each month.
*Identification of cancelled direct debits.... AND MORE!!
