Senior AV Engineer - High-End Residential Projects£45,000 to £50,000 Gold Group is working with a leading systems integrator delivering cutting-edge residential technology solutions across the UK and internationally. Our client specialises in fully integrated AV, lighting, control, networking and security systems for prestigious private homes and large-scale developments.
We are looking for an experienced Senior AV Engineer to take a key technical role in the delivery of high-end residential projects, from installation through to commissioning and handover.
The Role
*Leading on-site installation and commissioning of complex AV systems
*Advanced fault-finding and technical problem solving
*Programming, configuration and commissioning of integrated systems
*Rack building, panel wiring and system testing
*Interpreting and working from detailed drawings and schematics
*Mentoring installers and junior engineers on site
*Liaising closely with project managers, clients and other trades
*Supporting handover, documentation and aftercare where required
Experience Required
*Extensive experience within AV systems integration, ideally residential
*Strong commissioning and troubleshooting capability
*Proven experience with control and integration platforms (e.g. Crestron, Lutron, KNX or similar)
*Excellent understanding of AV signal flow and networking fundamentals
*Confident leading on-site delivery and representing the business professionally
*Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally overseas
*Programming experience (Crestron, Lutron or equivalent)
*Full UK driving licence
