I am seeking an experienced R&D Manager that will lead a fast paced research and development function. The ideal candidate will contributed to improve the R&D function to support the company’s strategic goals. This role combines technical expertise, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive success.


Key Responsibilities
*Lead and manage R&D projects
*Develop R&D strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends
*Supervise, mentor, and evaluate R&D team members
*Conduct and oversee research, experimentation, and prototype development
*Collaborate with product management, manufacturing, quality, marketing, and regulatory teams
*Analyse data, document findings, and present results to senior leadership
*Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and intellectual property requirements
*Stay current with emerging technologies, competitors, and industry advancements


Required Qualifications
*Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or PhD preferred)
*Experience in research and development roles
*Proven experience managing technical projects and teams
*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
*Excellent communication
