My client is a highly established Independent Financial Advisory firm based in Godalming, operating successfully for over 20 years. The business offers a full suite of financial planning and mortgage advice services, supporting local families, retirees, and high-net-worth individuals.
I have personally met the Directors, visited the offices, and successfully placed eight staff members into the business to date. The firm has built long-standing relationships with its clients, primarily across Surrey, Hampshire, and London, with some clients further afield. Typical client portfolios range from £100k to £1m+, with several families holding in excess of £2m in investable assets. In addition, the firm maintains partnerships with several professional sports clubs, providing a strong pipeline of new business.
Following an exceptionally strong 12 months and continued growth, the Managing Director is now seeking a Financial Administrator to join the team and support the wider business.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Gathering client personal information
*Producing Letters of Authority and valuation requests
*Onboarding new clients
*Conducting AML checks
*Liaising with product providers
*Preparing meeting packs and supporting documentation
Experience with Intelligent Office would be highly advantageous. You will also gain exposure to a range of platforms including Quilter, Aviva, Elevate, Standard Life Wrap, and Transact.
