Job Overview
You will be a key part of the payroll team assisting with the following.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
*Processing payrolls on behalf of clients in a timely and accurate manner from start to finish
*Deal with various pay queries across the business
*Manage client pension scheme via various pension providers
Essential Skills and Competencies:
*Experience with bureau payrolls
*High level of computer literacy (MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
*Payroll legislation knowledge
*High level of organisational ability; ability to work to tight deadlines and targets
*Good communication and customer service skills
Desirable Skills and Competencies:
*Experience working in a busy payroll department
*A fundamental understanding of UK payroll legislation
*Experience with Sage, STAR or Xero
