We are looking for an experienced and passionate Care Manager to join an amazing care service. This is a rewarding role where your skills will directly shape high quality, person-centred care and support the growth and success of the service.
The Role
As Care Manager, you will be heavily involved in the day to day running of the care service, ensuring exceptional standards of care and full regulatory compliance. Your key responsibilities will include:
*Leading and managing the daily operations of the care service
*Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding & best practice standard
*Overseeing care planning, risk assessments, audits, and quality assurance
*Managing the effectiveness of the service and ensure regular care plan reviews take place
*Building strong, positive relationships with clients, families, staff and external professionals
*Driving continuous improvement through feedback, data analysis & quality
About You
You will be a confident and compassionate with a strong background in care management. You’ll bring both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership to the role.
Essential requirements include:
*Level 3 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
*Proven experience within homecare services
*In-depth knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and compliance
*Excellent communication and leadership skills
*A genuine passion for delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care
