Job Description:
An established company are currently looking for an Administrator to join their thriving team. The Administrator role involves providing administrative support to the wider team including assisting with email management, Excel spreadsheet data entry and ensuring filing systems are accurate and up to date.
*Salary: Up to £28,000 + great benefits!
*Hybrid after probation – 2 days WFH
*Off site parking available
Administrator responsibilities:
*Proactively delivering all administrative tasks related to the project in accordance with document presentation guidance notes and templates
*Liaising with the client organisation, contractors and partner companies to develop/enhance communication and deliver accurate and timely information
*Managing project related telephone, email, and post traffic
*Assisting with presentations and Excel spreadsheet data entry
*Managing electronic/hard copy filing duties
*Ensuring that all project client directories on the in-house portal are up to date
*Assisting in the preparation of documentation relating to contract documentation, schedules and forms of agreement
*Providing relief switchboard/reception duties as required
Administrator skills/competencies:
*Previous experience in an administrative role desirable
*Strong organisational and communication abilities
*IT proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
