Our client is one of the UK’S leading growing Corporate Rescue & Recovery practices with offices nationwide.
Currently our client is looking for an experienced Senior Insolvency Manager to join their growing team at their Birmingham offices.
As a Senior Insolvency Manager, you will manage a challenging portfolio of cases while driving compliance, efficiency, and profitability. You’ll also work closely with Partners and senior leadership to identify and secure new work, develop client relationships, and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth.
You would manage a portfolio of high value of complex casework including administrations, liquidations and CVA’s. You will lead and mentor your team, oversee investigations, set case strategies, conduct case reviews ensuring everything is fully compliant, build and maintain relationships and handle complex or sensitive negotiations with confidence and discretion.
Ideally you will be both CPI and JIEB qualified or working towards gaining your JIEB qualification, have a strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation, proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with a results driven approach.


Salary
An extremely competitive salary will be available for the role of Senior Insolvency Manager subject to experience and qualifications that the successful candidate can bring to the firm.
