Customer Service Coordinator
*Job Type: Full-time, FTC 12 to 18 months
*Location: Aldermaston, RG7
*Salary: c£25,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support across multiple brands and regions. This role is ideal for individuals beginning their career in customer experience and supply chain support, focusing on accurate data entry, documentation handling, and coordination of routine tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Accurately process customer orders into the system.
*Professionally handle customer enquiries and maintain up-to-date customer records.
*Coordinate routine follow-ups with internal teams including Logistics, Procurement, and Sales.
*Prepare basic reports and summaries for Customer Service Executives and management.
*Monitor and track order status, escalating delays when necessary.
*Ensure timely and accurate filing of customer service documentation.
*Support internal departments with shipping requests for sample items.
*Actively promote and upsell new products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
*Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a customer service role.
*Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Good written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
*Willingness to learn and grow within the customer service function.
