Executive Assistant – Investment Team (Temporary)
City of London | £28 p/h | 9:00am - 6:00pm | Ongoing Temp
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a busy Investment Team within a fast-paced banking environment. This is an ongoing temporary role for someone resilient, highly organised, and confident supporting senior stakeholders.
The Role:
*Complex diary and meeting management
*Inbox monitoring and coordination
*Scheduling internal and external meetings
*Providing day-to-day EA support to the investment team
*Handling ad hoc administrative requests in a high-pressure environment
About You:
*Proven EA experience within banking or investment management
*Calm, resilient, and able to prioritise at pace
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Comfortable working with senior, demanding stakeholders
Details:
*Ongoing temporary assignment
*Immediate start
*Office-based, 9:00am - 6:00pm
