Machine Operator
Rate: £12.83 per hour (rising to £13.21 per hour after probation)
Shift Allowance: 15% uplift for Twilight shift
Location: Andover
Shifts: Earlies or Twilight
Interview: One-stage, onsite
Start: ASAP
The role
We’re recruiting multiple Machine Operators to support a busy electronics manufacturing environment in Andover. The role focuses on operating production machinery and supporting PCB assembly within a fast-paced production setting.

Shift patterns
Earlies
Mon–Thurs: 06:00–14:15
Fri: 06:00–14:00
Twilight
Mon–Thurs: 13:00–23:00
(+15% shift uplift)
Machine Operator Duties
*Operating production machinery to schedule
*Supporting PCB assembly and manufacturing processes
*Inspection of work pre- and post-process
*Following parts lists, drawings and work instructions
*Basic preventative maintenance and housekeeping
*Ensuring work meets quality and workmanship standards
*Reporting any issues with product or process
*Working to quality, safety and procedural standards
What we’re looking for
*Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
*Previous machine operating experience
*Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
*Comfortable working as part of a team
*Electronics or SMT experience is desirable
