We have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales and Customer Service Representative. The role requires excellent communication skills both written and verbal, exceptional customer service and sales skills. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by cross-selling/upselling to increase basket size and provide attentive and personalised assistance to incoming customer enquiries. You will also be required to make outbound calls to promote the products and services of the company.

Key Responsibilities
*Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
*Process orders via online platforms, email, and phone.
*Build and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and new business.
*Generate leads and support business development initiatives.
*Track and manage sampling requests using CRM systems.
*Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, competitors, and market trends.
*Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality customer service and meet sales targets.
About You
*Experienced in customer support, account management, and business development.
*Skilled in CRM systems, Excel, and handling administrative tasks.
*Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
*Customer-focused with experience resolving inquiries across multiple channels.
