Salary: £30,000 – £40,000
Our client are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Franchise Recruitment Manager to play a key role in supporting their growing franchise network. Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will help deliver an exceptional experience for prospective franchisees, support the full recruitment journey, and contribute to the continued expansion of our organisation.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys structured processes, and wants to grow their career within an entrepreneurial setting that invests in professional development.
Key Responsibilities
*Support the Franchise Recruitment Manager in implementing recruitment strategies.
*Manage and respond to all new enquiries within one working day.
*Qualify leads through calls and appointments, encouraging progression to Discovery Days where appropriate.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date call outcomes and prospect records.
*Review and approve Discovery Day applications, managing all attendance bookings.
*Present at Discovery Days and provide relevant information packs.
*Conduct 1-2-1 follow-up calls/meetings with attendees.
*Coordinate all tasks required for applicants progressing post-Discovery Day (new and resale).
*Keep the Potential Franchisee log fully updated.
*Support prospects in identifying practices for sale outside the network.
*Complete telephone sign-ups and liaise with internal departments to begin onboarding.
*Ensure all new franchisee recruitment follows policy and compliance requirements.
*Provide support for ad-hoc recruitment queries and direct them appropriately.
Essential Skills & Experience
*Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with strong enquiry management and lead-qualification experience.
*Proven ability to engage, influence, and build strong relationships with prospects.
*Confident presenter with strong communication skills, comfortable delivering information to groups.
*Working knowledge of CRM and administrative systems (training available if required).
*Friendly, approachable, and skilled at building rapport quickly.
*Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
*Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing, entrepreneurial environment.
