Job Description:
A healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to provide operational leadership for our growing Adult ADHD Service. You will work closely with clinical leaders to ensuresafe, compliant, high-quality and efficient care delivery across multiple ICBs nationwide.
This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week. There will be an expectation of occasional out-of-hours work and on-call support, particularly during service mobilisation phases.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead, support and develop the ADHD operational team
*Manage service mobilisation and day-to-day operations
*Ensure CQC compliance, governance and quality standards are met
*Oversee performance management, rotas, reporting and SLAs
*Collaborate with ICBs, finance, BI and digital transformation teams
*Drive continuous service improvement and innovation
*Lead recruitment, appraisals and performance management
*Manage complaints, audits and service development initiatives
About You
We are looking for an experienced healthcare operations leader who brings:
*Senior operational management experience within healthcare
*Mental health and/or ADHD service experience
*Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams
*Strong knowledge of governance, CQC standards and quality improvement
*Confidence managing hybrid teams and national contracts
*A passion for innovation and service development
*Experience mobilising new services
