Job Description:
Role: Manage the Building , raise repairs, H&S of the whole scheme grounds & Building as in compliance (fire alarm testing ) etc. monitoring residents unobtrusively , not a care role but need to have people skills, experience with age group would help. The JD attached is the one that we would use for a permanent manager but will give an idea of the tasks.
Hours: 5hrs per day, 3 days a week for 15hrs. Prefer Monday, Wednesday and Friday but negotiable. Possibility of increasing to 20hrs
Temporary - do not know how long but could become permanent based on a resident ballot/vote
Licence: Preferably able to drive. if not must be able to commute to the Business office in Birmingham
