Salary – £35,000 – £50,000 per annum + bonus scheme

Do you want to join a growing and ambitious wealth management firm as a Junior Financial Planner? This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 4 qualified professional who is looking to take on (or continue in) a client-facing advisory role within a supportive, well-structured environment.
You will take responsibility for servicing an existing bank of clients while also building and developing your own portfolio over time. The role is suitable for qualified advisers who want a strong platform to grow their client bank, as well as qualified paraplanners or experienced administrators who are ready to transition into advice with a ready-made client base and strong internal support.
You will be trusted to operate independently within clear processes, with access to support from experienced colleagues, paraplanning, and administrative support.

What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Junior Financial Planner
• Service and develop relationships with an existing bank of clients, ensuring they receive ongoing, high-quality advice and support
• Build your own portfolio of clients through referrals, inbound leads, and business development activity

• Prepare and deliver compliant financial advice in line with FCA regulations and the firm’s internal processes

What you’ll bring to the table as a Junior Financial Planner
Essential:
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS, DiPFA, or equivalent)
• A genuine commitment to delivering ethical, client-first advice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Self-motivated and organised, able to manage your own workload and client commitments effectively
• A proactive approach to professional growth and contributing to the firm’s success
• Willingness/ability to work from the Swindon office on a regular basis
Desirable:
• Previous experience in a financial advice, paraplanning, or financial services support role
• Experience servicing clients or participating in client meetings and advice processes
• Additional qualifications such as CeMAP, CeRER, or other relevant certifications
