Luxury Showroom Sales Advisor
Base Salary: £26,000–£28,000 plus performance bonus potential of up to £6,200 (OTE £34,200)
Location: Cheshire
Hours: Full-Time (weekends included on a rota basis)
Job Description
As a Showroom Sales Advisor, you will work closely with the showroom team to provide exceptional customer service. This role requires a confident communicator who thrives in a customer-facing environment. The sales process may begin via phone, email, or in person, so clear and friendly communication across all platforms is essential.
Additional Responsibilities
*Answering incoming sales calls
*Making outbound calls to the customer database
*Creating quotations, processing payments, arranging deliveries, and supporting aftersales queries
*Advising on suitability, sizing, and pricing, with a natural interest in interiors
*Updating the CRM system with client information and daily activity
*Arranging and dispatching samples
*Welcoming showroom visitors and building rapport
*Maintaining a clean, tidy showroom environment
*Providing refreshments during appointments
*Confirming customer appointments
