Job Title: Quality Assurance Executive
Location: Slough
Salary: £32,000 - £36,600
Working for our blue-chip client, after completing your training (8 – 12 weeks) this will be a hybrid role, 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
The Quality Assurance Executive plays a vital role across key operational functions, you will strike a critical balance between achieving fair customer outcomes and meeting the commercial needs of the business, ensuring all processes align with agreed practices and regulatory standards.
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in conducting quality reviews, documenting findings, and reporting to agents and senior stakeholders.
You should be adept at learning complex processes quickly, identifying trends, and providing constructive feedback and coaching to colleagues to drive continuous improvement.
*Audit & Reporting: Conduct monthly reviews of internal processes and produce evidence-based reports highlighting trends, achievements, and risks.
*Continuous Improvement: Identify insights and opportunities to enhance controls and ensure the operation remains "fit for purpose" regarding governance and oversight.
*Collaboration: Partner with the management team to define future requirements for reviews across all operational areas.
*Training & Development: Design and deliver in-house training for new starters.
*Coaching: Facilitate regular individual and peer coaching sessions to elevate team performance.
The ideal candidate will have:
*Regulatory Expertise: Thorough knowledge of the UK regulatory framework, with a specific focus on Consumer Duty.
*Process Mastery: Deep understanding of Credit Operations processes, procedures, and industry best practices.
*Educational/ Coaching Support: Proven experience in developing and executing training programmes (workshops, mentoring, e-learning, etc.).
*Data Analysis: Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level) and the ability to track performance metrics and recommend strategic improvements.
*Communication: Assertive and confident communicator, capable of delivering feedback to frontline agents and reporting to senior leadership.
ABILITY AND SKILLS PROFILE:
*Customer-Centric: A strong appetite for improving the customer journey and rectifying unfair outcomes.
*Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail combined with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
*Proactive & Organised: Ability to manage time effectively, take initiative, and maintain a "can-do" attitude during periods of business change.
*Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Word and workflow management systems.
