Marketing Executive
*Annual Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
*Location: Dereham, NR19
*Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid
We are seeking a Marketing Executive who thrives in a hands-on role, creating impactful content and contributing to various marketing campaigns for our thriving client in Dereham. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Marketing Manager and see your work come to life across multiple platforms.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Content Creation: Develop and deliver engaging content across social media, websites, emails, PR, and campaigns. This includes shooting and editing photo and video content.
*Planning and Campaigns: Build monthly content calendars aligned with promotions, product launches, and business needs. Support marketing campaigns ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
*Content Shoots and On-the-Ground Activities: Assist in planning and executing content shoots in various settings, including in-store and at events. Manage simple shot lists and ensure smooth operation of content days.
*Social Media and Community Management: Handle daily social media posts and scheduling. Engage with the community by writing relatable captions and monitoring comments and messages.
*Website, Blogs and PR: Contribute to blogs, buying guides, and campaign content with a basic understanding of SEO. Support PR activities with content and imagery.
*Organisational Tasks: Maintain orderly content folders and assets. Proactively identify and address gaps or issues in content management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
*1–2 years of experience in marketing or content creation, or equivalent.
*Strong ability to create and manage multimedia content.
*Excellent planning and organizational skills.
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
*Interest in sports or fitness eCommerce is highly advantageous.
*Basic SEO knowledge and proficiency in social media platforms.
