Job Description:
Learning Support Assistants - required across Barking & Dagenham and East London.
We are looking for a number of dedicated LSAs to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), to ensure every child receives the care they deserve across all year groups from EYFS-16+.
The Role:
Join our partner schools and colleges across East London and make a real difference. You will support students’ academic, social, and emotional development, work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals in partner schools.
Key Responsibilities:
*Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups with learning and social development.
*Help prepare and adapt classroom activities and resources.
*Encourage positive behaviour and promote independence.
*Work with teachers and the SENCO to track progress and share feedback.
*Supervise pupils during breaks and trips when needed.
About You:
*Experience working with children (school or childcare setting preferred).
*Patient, kind and able to build good relationships.
*A team player with good communication skills.
*Willing to learn and take part in training.
The pay range advertised is based on employment through an umbrella company.
