Salary: £25,000 base salary, £45,000–£55,000 OTE + Car Allowance

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Valuer (Local Property Partner) to join the team someone who thrives on winning business, enjoys meeting people, and has a genuine passion for property.
In this role, you will be the face of the business in your local area. You’ll carry out property valuations, build strong relationships with customers, and guide sellers through every step of their move to ensure they achieve the best possible outcome.
Key Responsibilities
*Conduct accurate, well-researched market appraisals
*Win new instructions by demonstrating our market-leading services
*Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
*Advise clients on the most effective marketing strategies for their property
*Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience as a Valuer, Lister, or a Senior Sales Negotiator ready to step up
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Strong local market knowledge (or the ambition to quickly build it)
*Self-motivation, drive, and a positive, can-do attitude
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
