Letting Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Letting Assistant to join our team in Abingdon. Your main responsibility will be marketing properties available to let, handling enquires, conducting viewings and taking applications, looking after the process through to the tenancy starting along with providing administrative support to the rest of the team.

Key responsibilities include
*Responding to applicant enquiries, qualifying and registering them
*Conduct viewings
*Handle all administration relating to property marketing
*Provide administrative support to others
*Handle administration for lets including referencing and creating tenancy agreements
*Receive customers and visitors to the office as first point of contact
*Liaising with clients providing exceptional customer service at all times
*Handle move-in appointments
*Support Property Management when necessary
*Take responsibility for property compliance


Knowledge, skills, experience
*Ability to multi-task
*Good level of spelling and grammar
*Good communicator, relationship builder
*Ability to overcome objections
*1 year customer service or front of house experience
*Detail orientated
*Positive can-do attitude, team player
