Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting a graduate to work as a Teaching Assistant in a Sefton secondary school.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop classroom management skills, support pupils’ learning, and gain valuable insight into life in a secondary school setting.
The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Experience supporting young people, preferably within a secondary school setting
Previous experience in a 1:1 support role or working with pupils with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) is highly desirable
A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting individual student needs
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
