Job Description:
Role Overview
We are recruiting for a Contract & Partnership Officer – Housing to provide intensive, customer-focused housing management services across supported housing schemes and community-based properties. This is a highly visible, site-based role requiring regular travel across multiple locations, supporting vulnerable residents and managing key partnerships and contracts.
The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for managing agents and partners, ensuring high-quality service delivery, tenancy sustainment, and compliance across the supported housing portfolio.


Key Responsibilities
*Deliver intensive housing management to residents in supported and community housing
*Act as principal contact for managing agents and partners, managing contracts and relationships
*Manage voids process including inspections, sign-ups, affordability and risk assessments
*Investigate and manage tenancy breaches, ASB, arrears, and legal processes up to court stage
*Conduct regular property inspections, health & safety checks, and compliance activities
*Manage complex cases including safeguarding, vulnerability, and tenancy sustainment
*Liaise with external support providers, commissioners, and internal teams
*Ensure compliance with gas, electrical, fire safety, legionella, and FRA actions
*Support planned works and servicing programmes
*Handle complaints and resident feedback to support continuous service improvement


Essential Requirements
*Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (mandatory)
*Experience working in supported housing or housing-related support environments
*Strong customer-facing housing management experience
*Experience managing partner relationships and service performance
*Knowledge of health & safety and property management legislation
*Experience managing complex cases and tenancy enforcement
*GCSEs (or equivalent) – minimum of 5
