This highly regarded SEN school are seeking a compassionate Assistant Head Teacher with a strong commitment to inclusive education and SEND provision to join their senior leadership team from September 2026.

This role is working closely with the Head Teacher to:
*Play a key role in strategic school improvements and leadership decision making
*Contribute to behaviour and safeguarding support, attendance and student wellbeing
*Work collaboratively with families and any external professionals
*Use assessment and data intelligently to improve outcomes for vulnerable learners
*Support staff to deliver inclusive and adaptive teaching across the curriculum
*Ensure high quality provision for students with SEND and additional needs
*Lead whole school inclusion and SEND strategy
