The Opportunity
Join a dynamic healthcare management umbrella group as a Payroll Supervisor. This is a critical role within a busy finance team, offering the chance to support a massive workforce and work under the mentorship of an experienced Payroll Manager and the Group CFO.
The Role
Assist in the processing and validation of payroll for approximately 4,000 staff.
*Handle queries regarding varied pay cycles, including hourly and monthly distributions.
*Support the Payroll Manager in supervising a small, dedicated team.
*Ensure accuracy and timeliness in a high-volume, "start-up energy" environment.
The Candidate
Solid experience in high-volume payroll environments.
*Comfortable working with complex data sets and multiple pay frequencies.
*A proactive communicator who thrives in a collaborative team setting.
*Available to start ASAP to support the team’s current expansion.
