Job Description:
My client, a leading consulting firm within Financial Services, is looking to hire an experienced, bubbly and approachable Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

Role: OM / EA
Salary: £40,000 - £49,000 per annum + bonus
Hybrid: 5 days in office
Location: City of London

What you’ll do:
*Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office
*Being the to go-to person for the London based team
*Liaising with contractors and the building management team
*Arranging office celebrations
*Keeping stock of and ordering office supplies
*Manage meeting rooms and ensure appropriate set ups
*Diary and inbox management for 1 Partner
*Assist with travel arrangements
*Full administration and expenses
*Meeting and document preparation
*Ad hoc personal duties when needed
What you need:
*A minimum of 3 years experience working within an Office Management and/or Executive Assistant position
*Experience within Professional Services or Financial Services
*Can do attitude and happy to be the go-to person for the London office
*Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office programmes
*Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
