*£50,000 - £60,000 basic salary - depending on experience
*£55,000 - £65,000 OTE

Chartered Commercial Surveyor requirements:
*At least 3 years of experience in commercial surveying
*Experience carrying out a broad range of commercial work, including lease renewals, acquisitions, rent reviews, leasehold matters, property management and Red Book valuations,
*RICS qualification
*Full UK driving licence
*Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset
