What You’ll Do:
*Lead compliance oversight on high-value client cases
*Review and improve processes to meet regulatory standards
*Oversee trust compliance and add value to intergenerational planning
*Train and support advisers, directors, and team members
*Liaise with third-party professionals, beneficiaries, and stakeholders
Who You Are:
*Experienced in compliance within wealth management or financial planning
*Trust experience is a bonus — training provided
*Strong technical knowledge, confident in complex client scenarios
*Collaborative communicator with a proactive approach
*JO2 qualification and Level 4 Diploma advantageous
