My client is a well-established, City-based firm of Independent Financial Advisers, with whom we have worked closely for nearly 10 years, successfully placing a number of professionals across their business. They are now seeking an experienced Office Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the office while supporting their close-knit team.
This is a varied and hands-on role, covering everything from welcoming clients attending meetings with Financial Advisers, answering incoming calls, taking detailed messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate Adviser. The successful candidate will also oversee stationery and stock management, liaise with suppliers, and ensure all incoming correspondence (post and email) is logged and distributed accurately.
Additional responsibilities will include PA support to the Directors, diary management for meeting rooms and client annual reviews, and general office coordination. For candidates interested in broadening their skill set, there is also the opportunity to take on elements of HR administration.
