Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive

Location: Cardiff, Gwent (hybrid/flexible working)

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)

A well-established regional law firm is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their team. This role offers a varied caseload and a supportive, collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including workplace, public liability, and road traffic accident claims



* Provide clear, practical advice to clients



* Liaise with external stakeholders where required



* Maintain compliance and accurate file management



* Support junior team members and contribute to team development


Requirements

* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive



* Minimum 2 years’ PQE or equivalent experience



* Experience in personal injury claims (workplace accidents, PL, RTA)



* Strong communication and client care skills



* Collaborative and team-focused approach



Desirable:

* Experience with trade unions or professional memberships (e.g., APIL)
