I’m delighted to be partnering with a leading private equity firm to recruit a Temp Office Manager for their impressive London office. This is a highly professional, office-based role within a fast-paced, high-performing environment, supporting a close-knit and driven team. You’ll play a central role in overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office, acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, visitors, and service providers, while maintaining the firm’s exceptional standards. This opportunity would suit a proactive, organised individual who enjoys being the go-to person, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a role where no task is too small.
Responsibilities:
*Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a professional and well-organised environment
*Act as the main point of contact for visitors, internal teams, and external suppliers, delivering a polished front-of-house experience
*Manage facilities, office supplies, and service providers, proactively resolving issues as they arise
*Coordinate meeting rooms, events, and general office logistics to a high standard
*Support onboarding and provide ad-hoc administrative assistance to the wider team when required
Skills and Experience:
*Minimum of 3 - 4 years experience in an administrative or office support role
*Previous experience within a corporate or professional services environment
*Strong working knowledge of Outlook and the wider Microsoft Office suite
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Proactive, organised, and hands-on approach with a strong attention to detail
