Basic £25,000–£28,000 depending on experience

You will be on the phone, on sites, and in front of clients.

The business and the opportunityThe company is an established construction recruitment business with multiple offices across the UK and a well-established London head office.
They supply labour and professional staff into live construction projects across London and nationally. The client base is long standing, with repeat work and active sites.
Many of the senior consultants started in trainee or junior roles, learned the construction market properly, and progressed into account ownership and leadership positions.
This hire supports growing workload across key accounts and develops the next generation of consultants.

The roleYou will join as a trainee recruitment consultant, working alongside experienced consultants on active accounts that are already generating revenue.
The role combines phone-based sales activity with regular site and client exposure.
You will:
*Speak daily with candidates and workers
*Manage candidate pipelines against live site requirements
*Work to clear daily and weekly activity targets
*Support delivery across active construction sites
*Attend candidate meetings and site inductions
*Visit client sites and spend time with site managers
*Learn client requirements and workforce planning
*Take ownership of roles and accounts as you progress
Spending time on site is a key part of the role. Understanding the environment is essential to building credibility and progressing.
